Clark and Menzies Ltd are a UK company who have developed SmartLift, a unique device that makes the fitting of window sills and lintels easier and safer.
Clark and Menzies wanted a clean and informative method to display the SmartLift and to demonstrate it working. Web 3D Studio constructed a 3D model of the SmartLift from photographs and animated the model to show the steps involved in lifting a lintel into place. The 3D presentation gets rid of any ambiguity of what the SmartLift does, and cuts down on the number of webpages that would be otherwise required to display the actions of the SmartLift.
Areas of the SmartLift which required identification are "hotspotted" allowing the user to drag the cursor over them to reveal the name of the area.
Web 3D Studio also designed a clean and punchy website for Clark and Menzies Ltd around a construction theme. The website frames the 3D work nicely and helps to give Clark and Menzies a respectable, trustworthy image. |
