| Ducti is a fashion label, creating next-generation accessories. What's unique about their brand is that everything is made from industrial strength duct tape.
We helped Ducti to market their Classic wallet by creating an interactive Web 3D Product Demo.
Ducti's products are aimed at a specific audience, namely young people who lead an active outgoing lifestyle.
The product visualisation was designed for this audience and begins with a short clip of a skater jumping over a bench. The obvious choice for the interface was to have it appear to be made from duct tape.
The main selling point of the wallet is that it is made entirely from duct tape, therefore a lot of detail was put into the surface of the wallet within the Product Visualisation. This means that a customer can zoom in close to see the surface of the wallet.
Ducti offer their customers the chance to customise their wallet with tattoos. Within the Product Visualisation we added a selection of tattoos so the customer can get an idea of how they want their wallet to look.
Of course the wallet would be of no use if it couldn't hold any contents. The Product Visualisation displays the wallet full of credit cards, money, stamps and a condom (which also ties in with the outgoing young person image). The customer is given the option to empty the wallet of its contents, and can also open and close the wallet, giving them a better idea of what they are buying before they buy it. |
